First timer.. my wife was getting her hair done in plaza. Saw the place thought why not. Server was great told her I like spicy with flavor. She made a suggestion and when I say I stop eating to write this. That should say enough. The fries are amazing it smells amazing. My only "complaint" is they made my food so quick I could barely play ninja turtles while I waited. Amazing random find wish I lived closer then an hour and a half away

This place is perfect! The chicken is ACTUALLY crispy outside and moist on inside. So flavorful. The sauce is amazing also very flavorful unlike some other sauces at other chicken places that just taste like oil. The pickles are even the best too! They weren’t changing for an extra sauce rather which is triple points !! The price wasn’t bad either for the portion! And the service and atmosphere couldn’t have been better! I will be returning and telling everyone !

The Chicken and fries are fantastically flavored. I had the hot and my wife had plain, and both were really enjoyable. Try adding some honey! The Birdie sauce will also cool off the heat! Definitely check out of you are curious.

Tried birdies for the first time today and was utterly impressed . The extra hot chicken was juicy and tender with a perfectly seasoned and crisp outter skin. the slaw was perfect as we're the fries huge thumbs up will Definitely recommend and be back!! Thanks birdies great work

The chicken sliders are perfect and I love the birdie sauce. The fries are crinkle cut and pretty basic but if you’re getting spicy chicken it kind of helps balance that out, and the birdie sauce makes a great dip. Mac and cheese is creamy and soft similar to KFC but i’m 100% into that. One thing I think they could do better is spicing the chicken more consistently. I always get mild and sometimes there is almost no spice, sometimes it’s pretty spicy. Overall I love this place, especially considering the other options in the area.

The young adult ministry through my church was hosting a social gathering. I was able to get in touch with Vivian (the store manager) who went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with our bulk order . She was patient and kind with me throughout the entire process. Vivian personally connected with me to make sure the order fit our needs and later followed up to make sure everything went well with the event. The food also did not disappoint as the sliders were filling, moist, and flavorful. People have also gone back on their own since the event. We were satisfied with the service, the food, and the hospitality. We will definitely be ordering again and I look forward to making personal visits of my own!
