Really good taste and flavor. I had the hottest you have to sign a waiver for and then one step down. Only disappointment was them saying you had to eat at the restaurant if you want to order the hottest. I have tried many a Nashville hot chicken that required a waiver and never been told where to eat the chicken I ... just bought with my own money. While it is absolutely delicious (light years better than Dave’s Hot Chicken) and actually hot, they are flattering themselves thinking it’s hot enough to prohibit people from taking it to go. It’s not. I don’t think they can legally enforce that either so just do what you will. Birdies, if you’re reading this, mad props but I encourage you to change that autocratic dine-in policy. I've tried this place a few times over the past 6 months, and It has genuinely become the best fried chicken restaurant I have ever had. The chicken Is seasoned to perfection, and always has a great crunch. Everything from their sliders and tenders to the chicken quarter is amazing. And they also have several other ... side options besides french fries that seem good, however, I've only tried the corn bread (which I would recommend). Service is great, and it's definitely a nice place to share a meal with a friend, or to dine solo. When It comes to your order, just make sure you chose the right spice intensity. If you're looking for "Something quick" or "Something with a kick", you need to try this place out! Food is great, seasoning is genuinely good and the price is fair! I got a Chicken Slider with *Hot*, a Tender and some fries. $14 after tip (MAKE SURE YOU TIP). Service was great, woman behind the counter was very ... helpful! I like the selection of crinkle fries! The seasoning on them is a great choice, and they go very well with the sauce they provide. And now what you're probably here for; The chicken. It's cooked very well. Moist but not slimy, crunchy but not cracking or burnt. The spice, also great. As I said I selected *Hot*, and as someone who can handle a bit of spice, this was fairly easy to handle. I'd say if you've been around the spice block, you'll be fine. Looking forward to trying your Extreme Hot, and maybe even that Ghost Pepper! I've eaten here three times now and the first two were amazing. I've tried the loaded fries and sliders and both are delicious. Only complaint is that my last time getting the loaded fries they came out super past and were barely warm, which suggests to me it wasn't fresh. Otherwise, couldn't recommend this place more!

Super nice and welcoming staff and space. Food was good and tasty! Definitely need wet napkins while eating. Food as leftovers: Chicken tenders hold up good as leftovers but the bread and fries do not.
